How long does a compliance sprint take?
Most frameworks take 4-6 weeks from kickoff to audit-ready. ISO 42001 (AI governance) typically takes 6-9 months depending on your AI systems' complexity. We provide a realistic timeline during your Gap Assessment.
What happens after I book a Gap Assessment?
We start with a 60-minute discovery call to map your buyers and assets, then deliver a fixed-price sprint tailored to your framework. You receive your evidence pack, a UK-led quality review, and a clear scope for the external audit. Any gaps within our fix-for-free scope are resolved at no extra cost.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The fixed price is all-inclusive for the sprint deliverables. Auditor certification fees are separate and estimated upfront. We never charge extra for scope changes within the agreed framework.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot deliver the agreed sprint scope, we offer a prorated refund or sprint extension. Details are outlined in your engagement agreement following the free Gap Assessment.
